Mike Shepard is a global radio strategist with decades of success in programming, research, and talent development.
As founder of Shepard Media Research, he has led hundreds of perceptual studies worldwide, including a 15-year partnership with ARN that helped fuel KIIS Sydney’s ratings surge. Previously, he held senior research roles with Moyes Research Associates, P-1 Research, and Pinnacle Media Strategies, translating complex audience data into winning strategies across all formats.
Mike’s programming record is equally strong—elevating San Diego’s KSON to record ratings, guiding KBZT to #1, piloting Smooth Jazz KIFM, and driving Mighty 1090 to historic highs as VP/Programming for BCA Radio.

Buzz Knight is a media expert and innovator with more than 25 years of experience in the broadcast industry. He is the founder and Executive Producer of Buzz Knight Media Productions (BKMP), an independent podcast network distributed through the iHeart Radio Network.
At BKMP, Buzz hosts and produces Takin’ A Walk with Buzz Knight — a celebrated interview series exploring music, culture, and the stories behind the artists — while also executive producing three additional shows: Music Saved Me, Comedy Saved Me, and Takin’ A Walk Nashville. The network generates approximately 2 million monthly downloads across 600+ episodes, with select episodes archived in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s permanent collection.
Before launching BKMP, Buzz held senior leadership roles at some of the most respected names in broadcasting, including Greater Media and CBS, where he built a track record of driving revenue growth, market share gains, and audience development. Alan creates custom data & analytics dashboards and portals for businesses, specialising in the broadcast media industry and is the founder and developer of the Australian radio Gold Standard ratings software Audology, and online music research platform Wavelength.

As CEO of Max Dragon Technology, she has spent seven years scaling AI solutions for enterprise clients across Asia-Pacific.
